Peanut Butter Carmel Dip7 single-wrap caramels (such as Kraft)
3 TBLS peanut butter
milk as desired, at least 2 tsp.
Unwrap caramels, add peanut butter and milk. More milk
makes the dip more runny, less milk causes dip to be
thicker. Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir. If
caramels are not melted, microwave for 10-15 more
seconds, stir, repeat as necessary. Great as dip for
apples or bananas.
Kid Recipes!Playdough:
1 ¼ cups flour
¼ cup salt
1 packet unsweetened flavored drink (like Koolaid)
1 cup boiling water
1 ½ TBLS vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, combine flour salt, and drink mix. In a separate
container, combine oil and water. Make a well in the flour mixture
and pour in the oil and water mixture. Mix thoroughly. On a large
cutting board, knead dough until it is cool. Don’t use the counter top
as the drink mix can stain before it is mixed into the other
ingredients. After use, store in a sealed container in the cupboard for
up to several months. After it is mixed, the dough does not stain.
Glop:¾ cup water
1 ¾ cornstarch
Put water in a metal pie plate or large plastic bowl. It should be wide
enough for a child’s hands. Slowly add cornstarch until well
blended. It will be a thick liquid paste. The surface can be touched
and it will act like quicksand. While clean up is easy with water, you
should keep the mixture to easily mopped surfaces.
Rainbow Pasta:Rubber gloves
Disposable bowl with lid

keeping out of reach of children until dry. Pasta can be made into
